Kolhapur, the destination blessed with Goddess Mahalaxmi, a tourist’s hot destination, this town of art will give everybody a heart touching experience and a mix feeling of tradition, culture, history, authentic food, beautiful western ghat’s natural and its preserved views.

Situated on the banks of river Panchaganga, Kolhapur – also known as Karveer surrounded by hillocks of the Sahyadri ranges.

Kolhapur’s development is dependent on the huge roads. These developed roads are the lifeline of the city.

Development without roads is nothing but Impossible.
Roads were developed, but, the surroundings of the roads was not manageable. This had an adverse effect on the Kolhapur’s dignity.

Any problem needs your “ATTENTION” first. “UNDERSTANDING” comes second. “SOLUTION” comes last.

Kolhapur Street Beautification Project (KSBP) is established to resolve the above problem and started developing and restoring the lifelines of Kolhapur i.e. Streets.

A beautiful city is recognized by beautiful roads. Keeping that in mind, KSBP is designed such that, it will be By the People, For the People.

A motivated people will form multiple teams and will be in main role for the development of KSBP.
These teams will get registered online on KSBP web portal.

After registration basic KIT equipped with necessary gardening tools, fertilizers, pesticides, KSBP manual will be handed over.

Four days part-time training will be given to individual team members and then team members will be registered on KSBP app. This app will be helpful in sending notifications, uploading team’s work, planning meetings, and issue tracking.

By-Weekly meetings will be held in place to understand any difficulties, giving further planning updates etc.

This data will be presented on the website and by working hand in hand we will change the face of the city by cleaner, greener and safer roads.

We encourage effective participation of the youth in distinguishing potential zones and streets for beautification, remembering the natural and aesthetic look of the neighborhood.
